Fold a Whisper White card measuring 5½ x 8½ in half. Using an clean, unused pencil eraser make black dots from a black stamp pad on the front of your card. Attach a piece of Basic Black cardstock measuring 2½ x 5½ to the front of your card. On top of the black cardstock attach a strip measuring ¾ x 5½ of Tangerine Tango. Cut a square of Tangerine Tango at 2¾. Stamp an image on a Whisper White square cut at 2½ inches. Attach your cut banner flags under your squares mounting them on the front of the card.
