Fold a Whisper White card measuring 5½” x 8½” in half. Using a slightly smaller piece of Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper measuring 5¼" x 4" attach to the front of the folded Whisper White card. Using some ink pads add some color using Sponge Daubers randomly making circles on your card. Cut 2 stripes of Cardstock one Whisper White measuring 2" x 5½" and one Mint Macaron 2¼" x 5½". Layer them on your card vertically. Using punches measuring 1", 1¼ and ¾" ovals press out 5 balloons. Add some shadows to your balloons using a dauber and Whisper White Craft Stampin' ink Pad. Draw a line with the White Signo Uni-Ball Gel Pen to the rounded bottom of the balloons. To complete your balloons. Use your 2014-2016 In Color Stampin' Write Markers drawing strings for the balloons. Stamps some words to fit the occasion.
