Black Ballon Birthday

Fold an Whisper White card measuring 5½” x 8½” in half. Cut a Black piece of Card stock for the front of your folded card 4" x 5¼”. Using a Whisper White piece of card stock measuring 3¾” x 5” randomly stamp some balloons for the background. Attach the stamped balloons over the Black. Cut two matching squares measuring 3" and 2¾”. Stamp some words on a Whisper White square measuring 2½”. Using a solid balloon and a shadow balloon stamp with Black or Grey colors on white card stock.  Punch your balloons out with the the NEW balloon matching punch. Add the balloons to the card in desired position. Use your markers to draw lines for the balloon strings.
