New 2016-2018 Colors

Fold an Whisper White card measuring 5½” x 8½” in half. Cut a NEW 2016-2018 colored piece of card stock for the front of your folded card 4" x 5¼”. I chose Flirty Flamingo card stock. Using a Whisper White piece of card stock measuring 3¾” x 5” randomly stamp some balloons for the background. Attach the stamped ballons over the Flirty Flamingo. Cut two matching squares from the NEW 2016-2018 paper pack measuring 3" and 2¾”. Stamp some words on a Whisper White square measuring 2½”. Using a solid balloon and a shadow balloon stamp with the new colors to stamp on white card stock.  Punch your ballons out the the NEW balloon matching punch. Add the balloons to the card in desired position. Use your markers to draw lines for the balloon strings.
